I think to remove the mag you need to press the mag release, not the bolt back

You don't get what I mean,you have to pull the bolt back before you remove the mag,because if you remove it with the bolt closed,its hard to put a mag back in.

You can't pull the charger with the last 2 fingers on your hand, I would think the spring would be too strong for that. Try using the palm, don't bring the hand so far back and then slap it back.

Syncing

The animations are very good, but the draw and the reload are so crazy fast and the shooting is so calm and slow, that do not fit.
You may make the shooting anis faster
