Urr I never mentioned taking the mag out you know.
that is incorrect. The only thing the charger does is opens and closes the bolt. (meaning, loading a new round)

To take out the mag in a mp5 all you have to do is push the release which is found near the magwell. Same goes for inserting, it inserts like any other magazine.

I never mentioned taking out the mag,all I said was putting a mag IN.

Why should it?
I think to remove the mag you need to press the mag release, not the bolt back
