This tutorial shows you, how to generate a Spraylogo for CounterStrikeSource and TF2 with my ADE_effect. Example sprays: Spray-CT_byRB-CSS Spray-Spy_byRB-TF2 Spray-Terror_byRB-CSS Spray-Demo_Spray_byRB-CSS Spray-Evil Fading Clown_byBrainZ-TF2 1.At first you need to download these programs: -Download VTF_plugin- for Photoshop- -Download VTF_edit- to generate your vmt- Install both correctly! Then start your Photoshop and open a standard spray you prefer. !!! - Save as ".vtf", directly to your Spraylogofolder - !!!! Example: C:\Programme\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\Your@NAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos Following settings need to be done: I've also activated "NiceFilter" and "Anisotropic". After that, start VtfEdit and open the sprayfile (vtf). Open the "Tools"and then "Create VMT File" Run the game! Settings required:!!! Options -> Video -> Advanced -> Texturdetails -> HIGH !!!* Enjoy the effect an don't forget to vote :) .-:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::-. Edit: To generate a standard spray without the effect, change the settings from darker >>> to none. So you'll just get a normal Logo, but it will get a HiRes_quality :) You can also use this Photoshop-plugin to create your .vtf files for menuBGs, textures, skins and so on. Open, modifiy and save existing vtf files with Photoshop! IT's SOOOOO easy :) To generate a TF2_Spray,- just change the path, before you save the spray with photoshop, to your TF2 spraylogo folder. -Thats all!*

Pros: easy steps to follow, screenshots helped a lot. Notes: if you guys who couldnt get it to work read the steps and follow it, then it should work. dont skip anything.

I really don't like the spy that appears, it's so freaking scary... But the general idea is just so perfect that I've no words to explain my assessment... Praise the lord!!!

Try the setting Sharpen soft :) looks cool! With more distance the logo get a Blur effect. looks great with a sign or a written text :)

Didnt work for me.. and i couldnt find the nice texture, maybe im not looking hard enough.

I find out, that I can modify some textures for CSS with that effect. Will it be possible to include them into a map? Will look nice in 3D :) Or for some decals?

Pros: Easy to understand, good example videos Cons: No need for VTFEdit, the game will create the .vmt file if you import the .vtf from the logos folder. Improvements: None Notes: Thx for that, will try it now
