Hello, for many out there that may want to, and believed it was not possible to make a mod for Portal, well, it is, in a download link below, you can download a Portal mod i made, that's empty, and is ready for you. It is basicly like 'creating a HL2 mod' with source sdk, when source sdk makes a mod folder for you, that's basicly what im giving you, a portal mod folder, because there is no Portal mod maker in Source sdk, it can only be achieved manualy. Which is why many people don't make them, and there really isn't any Portal mods out there. This will be useful for those of you who might wan't to put a story line into a mod, rather then a map pack, and with this mod, it is exactly the same as a HL2 mod would be, where you have the menu, backgrounds, options etc etc. More info on it is included in the download, there is a readme with a explenation on it. You can find the mod template here Hope this helps those out there, as this is very helpful to those who do not know how to make a mod manualy. The tools? I didn't know where to put it, ive never really looked in sections other then tutorials, mod, and maps, so it never occured to me to put in the tools :D But, hmm, tutorials is ok i think? :D But hey, as long as its somewhere, it is kinda a tut still. If you'd like any other source game, that you'd want to mod for, elt me know. I can make a mod folder for any ones, for those who don't know how. From dod:S to TF2 :D

Sounds interesting, but I think this isn't really a tutorial. I think this should be in tools :)

No problem :D Buy it on the PC, its awsome, especially with all the custom maps, and now hopefully soon to be custom mods.
