Why I teach you?
Cause recently, I got some bug that
Counter-Strike cant play mp3 that
have high quality ( more than 11050Hz)
So I here, to teach how to lowering down
the quality without totally ruining the
song.
Well, you got the basic tools, lets go to next step.
Well, seems like science project, huh?
:)
+ Open Audacity (dl it at link I provided beforehand)
+ At the top windows, go to "File"
+ Click "Open"
+ Locate your .mp3 file that you want to convert to
+ Select it and wait it to load
+ This is tricky part
After loads, look below the windows, you may found Project Rate | 44100 | (refer to screenshot A)
+ Click onto the number of Project Rate (the 44100 thingy), select 11025 Hz.
+ After you select it, go to "File" again
+ Click "Export As MP3"
Wait, you need to download Lame_DLL file!
+ You may need to re-locate Lame_dll file incase you want to export your file to
mp3.
+ Download it at the link I provided.
+ After extract the file, locate it back from Audacity.
Then, to input the sound you made, just follow easy steps provided
at the Readme GUI.
