Ok, The programs your gonna need are VTFedit and Photoshop, I will not show you how to put the scope in game just how to make it, putting it into the game is straight forward.

Pros: Awesome, easy to follow most of the time. Cons: Some instructions are a little off, like step 3, it doesn't say to make a new lens flare, that sorta threw me off :/ Improvements: None really Notes: Thank you for a good tutorial! :P

Notes: All right. Where does VTF edit enter? EDIT: Oh, I didn't read the part it says you are too lazy to explain how to put in-game ;)
