Which is the best? There is NO best in pistols, well maybe we can say that Dual berettas is not very good. Basic explanations:
USP Tactical
It's one of the most basic pistols in CS, and it has MEGA Headshot ability. A cheap $500, and free with Counter-Terrorists but Silencer was wasted effort. P4wnage pistol.
Glock 18
Basic pistol in CS, best headshooter, worst damage ever. And wasted effort on 3Round Burst. Personally my favorite gun. Dead accuracy, long range AND close range friendly. Cheaper $400.
P228
Not mentionable, but best for penetrating Kelvars/Helmets, not exactly Accurate in that sense. Expensive $600.
Desert Eagle
Most respected Pistol in CS! Proves a great pistol, can almost replace a rifle if used with great skill. Best pistol with the AWP, a meer $50 more than P228, $650. Definitely worth.
Five Seven
Most disadvantageous pistol, low power, big recoil, but shoots fast enough to get a kill against a P228. $750 Not worth.
Dual Berettas
Voted worst Gun ever made in CS, but strangely gets random headshots here and there, used for disgracing noobs, some say. Expensive $1000. Not worth.
IMI Galil
Cheap rifle at $2000, Medium Power, can easily replace an AK47, but not Headshooter-wise. Manages recoil much better than AK47, hold on to Mouse1 at medium range, definitely Ownage.
AK47
An [iNC] Rifle. Basically the best Headshooter in CS, this gun owns if used in bursts. Never hold on to Mouse1 and perhaps hope for some random headshots. $2500, Worth the buy.
FAMAS
Wasted burst-fire function. Bursting manually will get you great frags with this gun. Shoots fast, medium damage, cheap and useful gun.
Sig 552
Not exactly the best of Guns, but definitely high damage and a useful scope in for long range shots.One of the Favorite guns of BlueTech, fellow Rifler of [iNC].
Bursts in 4shots, owns. Worth the buy, $3500.
M4A1
Cheer! All Cheer! The king of kings. Favorite rifle of the [iNC], this rifle KICKS-ASS. Best rifle ever, crouch, burst at 1 shot per time, owns. Silencer is also a good option, aim at stomach, FULL AUTO!
Steyr Aug/Bullpup
Good rifle for Rifle-sniping, good damage, and manages recoil better than Sig-552, but [iNC] prefers Sig-552. A worthy gun though at $3500.
AWM/AWP
The KICKASS Gun #2. This is Obviously the Favorite gun of our team Sniper, ME, Pink. and this is the only gun I use to Own. Best damage, although expensive, but worth the buy if bought with 10/0 bullets. Do not buy any ammo when buying this Gun, 10 Powerful clips if enough if used with skill. For a good sniper, 10Clips = 8Enemies DOWN.
G3SG Sniper Rifle
A semi-auto sniper rifle MUCH better than the Sig-550 Commando Sniper Rifle. Better accuracy, better recoil management, Also known as the PPG, Pop-Pop-Gun. Can sometimes prove to be a hassle for snipers[Like me XD], one missed AWP Shot against this Sniper Rifle, its a CONFIRMED frag for your enemy. Taking out a pistol has no effect unless his hands are wobbling or something.
Sig-550 Commando Sniper Rifle
Bad rifle. Not worth the buy. Out of 8shots shot at the enemy, only 5 will hit. Not mentionable gun. Never buy it.
Steyr Scout
The scout. . Great sniper rifle, Cheap, practical, works as well as any AWP with a steady mouse. First, pistol 3-4 shots at the enemy, jump into cover, jump back out, one steady shot at the chest, and you got it. Perfect kill. Also known as a gun to disgrace noobs, even veterans.
The only two SMGs worth mentioning are: MP5 Navy
The cheap baby in CS, owns, owns, owns. The perfect candidate for Headshooting, a hated gun of [iNC]Daedalus, God knows why, and a Favorite gun of mine. This gun can easily get a headshot when aimed at the chest, Full Auto.
MAC-10
The WaterGun. Best Headshooter SMG Ever. This Gun is a mystical gun at close range, at Full-Auto, some kind of magic will form. The BIG recoil somehow lets it headshot someone. A kickass gun.

Best shot gun among the two, this gun kicksass. Jump over walls, shoot, and repeat that action. Definitely a strong gun, with accurate Jump-shots.
XM1014
A noobie shotgun, used only with rogues at close ranged maps like fy_iceworld, cs_bloodstrike, fy_poolday. Easy to use gun.

The Team.
What team should we choose? The [iNC]'s Decision is: Counter-Terrorists first, Terrorists last. Reason: Counter-Terrorists has all the better guns. [According to [iNC]. No right and wrong of any kind.]
Well. They say that when playing CS. Going rogue is definitely a NO-NO. It may be in some cases, but sometimes going Rogue AS A TEAM is the best option. For the Counter-Terrorists, going rogue would be a good option rather than camping at bombsites, waiting for the Terrorists to come.
But WHY not camp at the bombsites?
Reason 1: Camping at bombsites will require separation of team, which is equals to = Less manpower, Less Effectiveness.
Reason 2: Camping is Despised by Veterans. So you gotta get over Camping.

Preferred: Going Rogue as a team as the usual, Camping at bombsites/planting the bomb at appropriate times.

The Spot.
What spot?
-Where to camp
-Where to rogue
-Where to snipe
Camping
Camp only at dark spots, or spots where enemy has to turn a huge angle before facing you. Rule of camping: Crouch as often as possible.
Rogue
Choose spots to rogue that are advantageous to your team, like places where you can look out into brightness, while the enemies look into the darkness. Example would be de_dust2's tunnels[Both].
Sniping
Thats quite obvious. Snipe at long range positions, where there is a high possibility that enemies pop out from there. Rule of Sniping: Camping is bad for your health when holding a sniper-rifle.[Not helping in your skills]

Verdict: According to the Map, put yourself in positions when Sniping/Rogueing/Camping. Find the best option/spot according to the map.

The time.
What time? The time when you jump out and face combat. This style is called camp-rushing. We camp near a door, and at the appropriate time, jump out into combat. The time is quite obvious, that you have to estimate the time that your enemy takes to proceed from base to the spot you were camping at.

At the start of a round, look at the pros-cons/odds-evens against and for you. Look at the statistics and ask yourself a few questions:
-How am I going to win the round, Rogue? Camping? Objective?
-What weapon am I using against the enemy? What would he use at this
point of time?
-How am I going to manage to complete my objective?
-What is the enemy going to do? Rogue? Camping? Objective?
-Bases on my experience, is the opponent a person who likes to: Camp?
Rogue? Complete Objectives?
-What do I want to buy next round? Should I save money this round?
