How to bunny hop ( Bhop)! Well, its very very simple. Its all about timing. Lets start : First, bind your jump to scroll down ( in the menu). Then, once you are ready, start jumping. Just keep scrolling down. Now look to the Right with the mouse and press D (which is to go Right ), Then look to the Left with the mouse and Press A (which is to go Left). Do that while jumping. and repeat those steps. Jump - Right mouse, D Jump -Left Mouse, A Jump - Right mouse, D Jump -Left Mouse, A Jump - Right mouse, D Jump -Left Mouse, A Just like that. try it. Once you get better, you would know when to press jump. Its much easier to Bhop down a hill, so try that!

Yeah it's bunnyhop, not strafejump (u must be quaker hm?). Strafejump is something else, it's use to jump like nuke-rockjump etc. This guide is pretty short and internet is full of tuts like that. I think I read this one on other pagec. Nevermind. If you want to do bunnyhop properly, look at any jumpmovie or demo. Then you'll see that it's not just like how this guy wrote. You can multistrafe when jumping and gain more speed, or you can jump "8ts" (jumping in 8 shape) and gain more speed like that. Or you can boots your jump on angles of boxes and so on, or you can use some surfing stuff to make you move faster (pretty usable on dust2 speedrun). And at the end, I hardly recomend you to learn longjump and strafejump properly (just to take, how the game engine thinks about moving in the air). Then you'll get on that and you'll be able to jump everything jumpable and unjumpable :) (as tedbundys 254 units :) So practise, practise, practise... (it took me long time to do all those jumps, but now I can say, that I can jump allmost everything) Bye, love ,peace and good luck with becoming 1337 jumper :) Yupp, and one more note for unbelievers: Bunnyhop was only got harder in cs 1.6, but it wasn't removed completely :) You can still jump over crazy distances (over 250, maybe 260) and it still helps you flying around the map.

They should have completely removed jumping in 1.6, make it more like Doom. 1.5 bunnyhopping was decent, but in 1.6 you still lose speed after a while. HL bunnyhopping is sooo easy...

Bunny hoping was removed from the CS engine. sorry. it works in HL tough.
