Well, As Many Of you have seen, I Decided to Make a Simple Tutorial on Source DS!
Lets Get started!

SOURCE METAMOD
As Some of us already know, the Source Engine has a built-in metamod, But the Source Mod Group went beyond that and Made a
stronger Metamod. Once Source Mod Comes Out, it will be using Source Metamod, For Now!

How To Install Source MetaMod
1.First, we need to download S:MM! You Can Do that BY Clicking Here
2.You WIll either Use "server_i486.so" or "server.dll", The Server_i486.so Is For Linux and Server.dll is for windows servers!
3.Go to you Source Dedicated Server Folder (Location In Steam/Steamapps/Login/)
4.Make a New Folder Called "addons"
5.Go Into Addons , now create a New Folder called "metamod"
6. Now, Once again, Create a new folder in metamod called "bin"
MAP
cstrike/addons/
cstrike/addons/metamod
cstrike/addons/metamod/bin

7.Now, Create a NEW FILE (in notepad or wordpad) called "metamodplugins.ini"
8.Upload the Plugins into the "bin" Folder.
MAP
cstrike/addons/metamod/bin/server_i486.so
cstrike/addons/metamod/bin/server.dll
cstrike/addons/metamod/metaplugins.ini

9.Now, Go back into the MOD FOLDER( CSTRIKE) and open "gameinfo.txt", You will see alot of writing, Dont Panic! Look down to the Bottom, you will see
•SearchPaths
{
Game |gameinfo_path|.
Game cstrike
Game hl2
}

10. Before These, Put this line in "GameBin |gameinfo_path|addons/metamod/bin"

Now it should look like this :
•SearchPaths
{
GameBin |gameinfo_path|addons/metamod/bin
Game |gameinfo_path|.
Game cstrike
Game hl2
}

11.Guess what? Your DONE!, Start up your S:DS and in console, type Meta and it should show a list of BLANK! More PLugins for Source Metamod Will Come Soon

Installing Plugins
Place the MM plugin folder :
1.C:\source\cstrike\addons
like C:\source\cstrike\addons\cssdm
2. go to C:\source\cstrike\addons\metamod and open metaplugins.ini ,
If you dont have metaplugins.ini, create one!
3. Place the DLL Link for the Plugin
Like so : addons/cssdm/bin/cssdm_mm and restart your server!

Mani Admin Plugin

Here is the plugin I was talking about earlier, I'm only going to show you how to install it, if you want to learn how to add admin, please visit thier site and read the LONG tutorial they wrote.

• Download Mani Mod here I recomment getting the newest one.

•There are two ways of install Mani Mod, One is to use the auto-installer or do it by hand.....

•I am teaching you how to install it by hand, so here we go.

1.Extract All files onto your desktop
2.Make sure you have something like this
-Cstrike
--addons
--cfg
---mani_admin_plugin
-----language
-----map_config
-----mani_logs
-----restrict
--sounds
---admin_plugin
-----actions

3. One you have all those folders and files , we can go ahead and INSTALL......

4. Go to C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\USERNAME\source dedicated server And place the cstrike folder in there.
It should ask to replace, this is where you click YES

5. Well, thats it, yes, thats it. Now you need to change the setting to match your style.
