//==================================== //Changing the Counter-Strike Source logo font by J2K! //==================================== This tutorial will teach you how to change the font of the Counter-Strike logo on the menu screen of Counter-Strike Source when you start the game. //==================================== //Setting up your font for CS: Source to use. //==================================== First of all, navigate to your Counter-Strike Source directory. C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\UserName\Counter-Strike Source Open the cstrike folder, and if it does not exist, create a folder named resource. Now go to C:\Windows\Fonts. Copy the TrueType Font file you wish to use for the Counter-Strike logo and paste it into C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\UserName\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\resource Rename your font file to cslogo.ttf And finally, right click on cslogo.ttf and click properties. Tick the Read only check box and click Ok. You can now go into your game and view your font in the menu! Happy fonting (: Jay.

Yea I tried several fonts but it didn't work. Maybe you have to change the actual Type-Face name? http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g99/fibibble/whargarbl-2.jpg Shown in the red box. Renaming the file doesn't change that. Not sure though, but I even tried a few default fonts which also didn't work..

Didn't work. I followed the steps to every word. I think it depends on the font, try different ones to see if they work.

Nice tutorial. Do you know how to get fonts for in game at the bottom of the screen, showing how much money and health you have. That would really help.

Yeah that's one way you can also go into scource sheme and change the font name there but this way is more hm... tricky ;-)

Hey every if you font didnt workout just go back into your resorce file and copy the .ttf named cs and then rename the copy cslogo to get the default font

It changes the font but not to the one i whant it changes to some standard shit
