"OHHH" ,after months of trying to get info on how to do this, I said SCREW IT ILL
FIGURE IT OUT, so I did.


Ok (1st) you need to select the "Entity Tool" and choose "env_fire" for the entity


(2nd) once its on your map select it and open its properties by pushing alt+enter


(3rd) once your in the properties, well you can edit how you like , but for fire that is as tall as you are from the ground up, is the size of "300 "


4th in the properties window click the tab "Flags" make sure you have the following
checked in :

Infinite Duration

Start On

Don't Drop

and there u have it FIRE!!!! woot

Making fire is one of the most SIMPLIES steps in the hammer. I dont even think someone need a tutorial for this.
