FunkeyGlow 2.0
With this tool the user can generate scripts that make the glows cycle through various arbitrary colors. It will calculate the intermediate colors, two colors as input are enough for a smooth change of color. It is also possible to assign a single color to get static glows.
>>>IMPORTANT: This tool requires the .NET framework 3.5<<<
However it is worth trying to run the tool since a sufficient version of the framework might already be installed.
You can download the framework here: [---Link---]

There is a short manual(.pdf) in the zip-archive with more information on the program's functionality.
Note that using the color black will not result in a black contour but in no glow at all, that means that the brightness of a color also sets the overall opacity of the glow.

I would love a little box that explains the words for me when i click on then (ability, thirdstrike item and so on)
There is a little box that explains the words, read the manual, it's called tooltip, hover your mouse above a glow and you will get a little box.
oh xD ok thx :D now i love it.

Thanks for the review.
I put the disclaimer there because my brother, who knows about legal stuff behind software, said i should; technically there should be no way that my software can cause any damage at all but you never know how people can do it wrong (like overwriting system files with the glow-script, unlikely but possible). It's a standard thing to put there. So i don't see much of a problem in terms of userfriendliness except that one might have problems using the software without reading the manual first but i stated that it should be viewed in the notes here.
Edit: You did understand that this tool doesn't just change the glows but makes each glow cycle through different colors, like making glows flash, right?
Edit2: It would be appreciated if you'd actually download and test it yourself before giving an assessment, i think that's the way one would do it normally...
Ahhh i did not know about the Accualy cycling through glows, i thought it was just a program to through out colours on a RGB scale.
Ill edit my original assesment, Cause now the program sounds much more kickass.

Nice job. I can't think of anything bad to say about this tool.
Oh, one thing you should definitely mention: If someone sets the glow color to black, you will not see a black glow in-game. Instead, there will be no glow.
So decreasing a color variable makes it more faint, not more black.

Pros: Makes Changing glow colours very simple.
Though i dont need the program because i know how to change colours manually.
But its a great idea for beginners.

Pros: Makes Changing glow colours very simple.
I Love the idea of having two different glows blinking, instead of one steady colour. Thats an amazing idea.
Cons: None Found
Notes: Nice job.
Keep it up, And sorry for any misunderstanding i may have had earlier.
