I made in rush, so I havent explain it to you guys. Is it for wireless mouse? Yes, ofcourse. Works on all kind of mouse. How does it work? Simple, using registry editor advantages, I put some script to force the mouse hardware to respond more and remove some 'choke' on the mouse respond. You may notice some more respond. What does it actually do? I made it to change the reaction of mouse to respond what you moving the mouse to more sensitive, just like CPL Mouse Fix. I hope this might answer your question.

You're still not listening to what people say (At author.) We want to know what, as in how can it fix this mouse lag? I haven't even ever had mouse lag in 1.6. So maybe you can start out be describing the problem, and then how you made the fix.
