This program is used to open GCF files that Steam uses to run all of it's games. You can open the GCF files to access wads, sounds, gfx, and much more for people who like to skin or map.

Runtimes: (Required)

.NET Framework v1.1 (23,698 KB Executable) - GCFScape is written in C++ .NET and as such requires the .NET runtime to run. The .NET runtime is also available as a Windows Update. v1.1 is required.

Updated from version 1.2.4 to 1.2.9.

Great tool, even when you want to open a file it directly takes you to where to need to be. No clicking through a bunch of "trees" to get there. A very necessary tool.
