This program is much easier to use than Wally. It focuses on converting a spray from any image file to a .wad file. You don't have to worry about the image size because you can resize it with this program. It also tells you when the dimensions are too big so you should never have any Problems

A small utility that makes the creation of color spray logos for half-life games easier.
It allows you to quickly convert a picture (BMP, GIF ou JPG) to a spray logo.
Decal Converter manages everything : it resizes the picture and reduce the color's number to 256.
Transparency is also managed by the software.
It works with Half-Life and all the Mods of this game : Counter-Strike, Team-Fortess...
