This is the program used to convert TGA files to VTF files.
This is the program you gonna need to Make Animated & Transparent Sprays, map props, and backgrounds.
it's hard to find on the internet so i added it here.

How to install?? when i download the files i get them in winrar, then i exportret them to mydocument/tools/vtex but what then? when i run the .exe's there opens the famous black window and he sais press a button 2 continue... so i do. And then it stops and nothing happend. PLx help me. What should i do?
