Need to make your own SWEP for GMOD well your out of luck. LOL ( but for now...) this version lets u make guns/weps but with no Special Effect!.
as in,
make a Pistol with Rapid fire
and or shotgun + radpid fire. make anything you desire, wait for aabout 2 more update's
BETA - C1. will allow you to make your own wep's. with special stuff.

for now its at BETA - A1.

You want to be a skinner, you can use anything! And my favourite choice is PaintShop Pro 7-and up over anything out there!! Been Mapping for years!

If you have your ome server you can add your clan tag to your mani admin plugin so it likes changes the map textures.
