Steam store and community not working! The webpage is unavailable because you are offline.

I cannot use steam store or community on steam, it keeps saying...... ____________________________________________ The webpage is unavailable because you are offline What you can try: Connect to the Internet. Make sure you are not working offline. Click Tools and make sure that Work Offline is not checked. _____________________________________________ The funny thing is that i am connect to the net. I have restarted steam and reinstalled steam but still nothing works. please help

Maybe close steam TOTALLY, then go into your files. C:/programfiles/steam Then delete the client registration.blob. if that doesn't work, try to download steam again, no not delete everything then download it again. maybe one of your files were corrupted when you started your computer or maybe when ever your computer was on. so do either one and i think it will work. if not tough shit :P

Go into internet explorer and pull down tools and uncheck work offline its a simple fix

Well i just did reset internet exlporer thing and bam! it works!
