Unicode in tf2 server name

Just trying to find out if anyone knows how to use unicode characters in a tf2 server name. I have tried everything possible to get this to work and have not been able to. If i enter it using hlsw as a console command for hostname, then it will work until the map changes or the round ends, then it will show up as what ever is in the config file. I have tried saving the cfg file as both a unicode and also utf-8 file and nothing seems to work. If any one knows of a way to do this, could you please post here with a solution. thanks.
