I have been a long time CS:S player (8 years) and being left handed I for as long as I remember been able to have my gun on the left.

I just bought COD4 finally a few days ago and just love it but no setting for changing the gun to the left side of the screen.

Is it possible to do at all?

You can't unfortunately. Unless you manage to modify some base files, and that'd get you PB banned most likely.

You could possibley, but it would require some trickery.

Get your monitor or graphics card to mirror it's output/input so everything is reversed, then reverse your controls for your mouse.

of course, all text and what not will be backwards, but hey, you want guns on the left!
