I was just wondering wat is a really good sound editing and making program, it doesnt need to be free, i have money.i just want one to edit some gun sounds and stuff like that.

Audacity is free, and it works well for most sound editing. It has a lot of options.
I have a home studio and use Nuendo 3, and while it has more features than you could ever need, it's mainly used for musical projects. I think theres a demo of Nuendo, you can try it if you like.
