Need help... Check map for problems

Needhelp, ive been working on a map a while now and i saw a thread here on how to make a ladder, so i tried it out. it worked. i go into the *Objekt properties" just to check around what i can do on some boxes and roads. But i just looked, and now when i check map for problems i get like 20 problems like: Solid Entity (Button_target) is empty. i didnt even make a button thing and they are all over the place. how can i fix this? really dont wanna make a new map and ive been trying everything to get this away but but..

Select the things you don't wont to be entity's and right click them-move to world
On the middle of zeros and ones, don't be a zero, be the one!

Check the entity list for Button_target entities which aren't there ..."go to" command, and delet if there is no entity highlighted. but be careful. some kind of bug... i think
