The hell do i install and use!!!

You need to extract the actual program .exe file and paste it into ...steamapps/username/sourcesdk/bin/ep1/bin/ When you launch the program, untick the box about using steam file access.

Install? You just needed to copy/paste the .exe into where I told you. If you want a desktop icon then right click it, click Create Shortcut, and drag that onto the desktop.

Hmm, when I downloaded it I got a .zip file with a readme and the executable.
