Problem With a Skin Please Help!!! A minor error but im new to skins so i dont know how to fix

Hi all im new to skins this is my first day i downloaed a new skin for every weapon and then i downloaded a scout with a lazer and the lazer is sposed to be green but theres a black circle around it ive done everything i could think of i installed it in the correct spot i re-installed multiple times ive tried diff skins with lazers same thing happens if you could help i would greatly appriciate it. We use HTML code here. Also if this shows a pink+black texture means you've installed it wrong, try reinstalling.

No it doesnt show pink/black ive installed it many many times but it doesnt seem to fix if someone can please help me u dont understand how bad this is pissing me off=p

Then it's probuly just the skin. Try another one with a lazer, and see what happens.

I have ive tried 3 of them and a diff gun with lazer its still messed up
