Need a default buy menu pic

I downloaded a P228 skin the other day and it changed the buy menu pic, but then the skin wasn't working right so I deleted all the files, but the buy menu pic is still there for the skin I deleted. How can I get the original P228 buy menu pic file to put back in to my cstrike folder?

Re-download the p228 and locate the file of the buy menu pic in the .rar then do the same in your steam folder but delete it.
