I am currently looking for a free clan template if you got links can you please provide.. this is for a clan site but i cant find any its for CSS and DODS

That's what a template is, it's just the style code, Images and HTMl. If you want to have user accounts etc, you have to do it all yourself using PHP/MySql.

What are you talking about? Those are perfectly fine Counterstrike Source templates for free, but pay $60+ for the great ones, and log in, you mean for members on the homepage for those templates, or an administrator login?

Ummm the free clan templates log-in is on the home page and administrator is something you do on the FTP.
