Is it possible to have a custom model (not texture) for the CSS hands? without causing concistency errors? because I really want one thats like a leather jacket but doesnt act like a bloody skin-tight wetsuit. If you know the answere. please tell me, thanks.

It is possible...unless there are min and max values and if you'll make the skin size bigger than max and smaller than min they just will cause consistency errors...sorry but i dk the mins&max you need to make big model and it will say in console the mins/max's

As everyone else has said, you would have to replace the hand models on all of the view models.
