HE damage increase Would like more info on how it is accomplished.

I'm guessing this is a server sided command, and if this is in the wrong place let me know and I will move it. I've googled and failed as well as searched here and failed, so I'll trash this thread after I've been helped.
I would just like to know how to increase the damage that the HE grenade does for our DM server. I've searched in the mods, scripts, and forum here but can not see it. So if any of you kind people could shove me away in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
