Yeah Just make the text a bit bore noticeable. Maybe ad a 1 pixel stroke onto it? It's nice tho =)

It's called APNG but most browsers don't support it yet.

1 har do see the actual text, the color should not be so bright (or something to make it more readable)
2 more frames or speed it up to make it smoother
3 make the backgrund transparent or something
4 it starts to get annoying after repeating like 5 times
