The Orange box Should I buy it?

Hello people.Well I was wondering,is it worth buying the orange box?I cant buy it via steam(my card just jerks around and they dont accept it for some reason) and where I live,the orange box is like 2x times expensive. Also I was wondering,are the games in the orange box good?I've allways wanted to play hl2,so anyway got another question.It says it has Hl2,Hl2:Episode 1,episode 2 ,Portal,Tf2 and something else(I think). The question is:Does hl2 differ from Hl2:Episode 1?Or is Hl2 just the main engine?Well thanks for the help

Half life2 is a game, then you have hl:ep1 (expansion) and hl: ep2 (another expansion AND a new build of the source engine that is used in TF2) and yes the games are all a lot of fun :P

Half-Life 2 is the base game released first. The episodes are extensions to the story and comprise 3 episodes as a sequel. BTW...it is totally worth it!

Hl2 and Hl2:episode 1 and 2 are all the same game, they are just a continuing storyline. The orange box is worth it even if it does cost lots, the games in there are worth paying any price for.

Well, i did hl2 ep1 and ep 2 in 25 hours or so...might be more or less. i didnt rly count, and portal is really fun, its a puzzle game, but really dynamic and innovative. all the games are a MUST have for a gaming fan

Portal is a very unique and interesting fps/puzzle game. The time to play through the single player games depends on your skill level and knowledge of the genre. Expect to be busy for the next few months :)
