Can't find any cs 1.6 servers Could not contact master game server to retreve server list. How do i fix this?

Okay, i'm starting my cs1.6, searching for servers, and this is what pops up instead of servers Could not contact master game server to retreve server list. I've tried remove my firewall, Refreshed a couple of times, restarted steam, restarted the comp, and deleted the clientsomething.blob in the cs directory. Help me please !

Hey,Im giving away servers,its easy to get one all u gotta do is send an email to thelocalclan@yahoo.com with the type of server you want,cs 1.6 css,and what location yes there is a catch all u have to do to get a month of free server is to get 25 of ur friends to go to http://www.AWSurveys.com/HomeMain.cfm?RefID=csdwarf(has to be this link) and register,dont worrie i will know that u have done it,if you dont send the email u wont get the server, u can send the email anytime after u have gotten 25 registrations or before
