Can't create a Dedicated Server

Push IT | In the console of HLDS : Can't connect to Master Server, coudn't establish connection with Steam Server.
But the server was on, just anyone who add my IP can't connect. It doesn't even appear on the favourite list
ANYONE CAN HELP!!?? PLEASE! |
