The Truth About Botch and ZeroOrDie
It all started with a brown pair of sandals.
November 12th, 2001 seemed like a normal day. Luke "Botch" Frankenburger woke up from his bed with a raging hard on as usual. As always in his daily routine he got up from bed, scratched his nut sack, took his morning piss, and then headed off to work with a coffee in his hand. But, unknowingly, Botch was not just heading off to work that day. He was driving headfirst into the relationship that would end his life.
Normally, on his way to work, Botch would slowly sip from his coffee mug that he bought from the flea market that so cleverly stated on it in big black block letters "When in doubt, whip it out." And as always, he would also read tid bits from the daily newspaper at each stop light he came across. This day, though, Botch was unaware that the effects of his daily rituals would lead to the death of another human being.
8:31 am and the alarm goes off. Nima "ZeroOrDie" Balakabar wakes up as usual, glances at the alarm clock, and wishes he didn't have to to go school. He was already failing college and was in debt up to his ears, so he felt there was no reason to even continue with his schooling. Regardless of how he felt, he still went about to making it on time to school every single day. So, he put on his t-shirt, his jean shorts, and his sandals, grabbed his bookbag and headed out the door. Normally he would take the bus, but today, for some reason, the bus had come early.
As he was locking the door to his house, he glanced across the street and saw that the city bus had already been close to the stop. So, in a hurry, he locked the door and proceeded to run full speed across the street to catch the bus. But, as he was running across the street, he ran out of his sandals. So, he stopped running, turned around and ran towards the middle of the street to grab his sandals.
An interesting story had caught Botch's attention in the paper. So, instead of waiting to approach the next red light, he decided to just go ahead and read the paper whilst driving. As he was driving 35 MPH he failed to notice the red street light he was approaching. So, of course, he proceeded to cross the street until - BAM!
Seconds after he was stricken by the vehicle, ZeroOrDie passed out on the street. The bus had just left and there were no other cars to be seen anywhere. Once botch knew he hit somthing, he stopped the car and jumped out to see if whatever he hit was okay. To his dismay, what he had hit was a human being.
In his panicking state, botch did not know what to do. He looked around to see if anyone had noticed that he had just hit a person. He knew he would not do well in jail, neither would he have the money to pay the fines that would follow the accident. So, Botch did the only thing he could think of. He abducted ZeroOrDie and put his unconscious body in the trunk of his Ford Taurus. He knew he could not go to work, so he took ZeroOrDie to the only place he knew was safe - his home.
ZeroOrDie woke up in a dark room with a pain in his head and back. He tried moving and realized that he was tied to a wooden chair and was unable to break free. Like any other normal person, he panicked and began to scream and shout for help. Sadly for him, no help would be coming. He yelled and he yelled. "HELP! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!" Half way into his plea for help he was interrupted. A voice from a dark corner of the room spoke to him. That voice said:
"Be calm, my friend. You have nothing to be fearful of."
"WHO ARE YOU?! WHERE AM I?! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO ME?!"
"Who I am or where you are is not important, my son. What you should be focusing on is how you want to spend your last moments on this earth."
Once ZeroOrDie heard this, he knew. He knew he was doomed. So, iike any other average person he panicked, tried to break himself free and then fainted because of fear.
ZeroOrDie woke up hours later only to be sitting inches away from Botch. His hands were no longer bound and he was free to roam around. There was a table with tea and muffins and they both ate and drank, made out, and then hung out and played Halo 3. Then they exchanged phone numbers and became bestest friends.
