Meaby its stupid, but i cant understand how to download files thet isnt zip files... When i trying to download some skins for css i cant becouse its file not zip file? Pls explain how to download????

Google "WinRAR" and download it. It's free. It opens .rar files which I'm sure are the ones you're needing to open.
