Is there any way for me, who is hosting a server, on my own PC, to play on that server at the same time? Thanks.

Bring up console and type "map de_dust2" then "bot_add_t" and "bot_add_ct" and you are all set. Enable console by going to options -> keyboard -> advanced -> enable developers console (~)

No you guys misunderstood me. I'm running my own dedicated server, on my computer. For some reason, I can't play myself, others can though. Is there any way to fix this?

Again misunderstanding me.. I can see it, and also try to connect, but it just freezes and won't go any further.

With my own dedicated server it worked ;) Specs?

Ok, when you make the dedicated server it will show the server I.P address in the main tab. Copy this, then go into CS:S. Drop down the console then and type connect and then put in the IP. For example: connect 192.168.0.1

Are you using srcds or the Source Dedicated Server tool?

You will need a Dedicated server which requires a install that takes a while, I would recommend using a admin plugin also so you don't have to alt tab alot Then copy the ip given and join it Make Sure your computer can handle it first!

My specs are good enough, that's not the problem. The problem is not that I can't see it or anything. I can see it, but it just freezes at some random poing when trying to load the game. I am using srcds, the one with the console.

Okay so now I can connect using connect "myinternalip" in the console but, others can not connect while im doing this!

@Massive it's not on lan, and it wasn't that. I made it work now. All that I needed to do was just to type connect "myinternalip" in console and was fixed. The problem I said before about other people not being able to connect, fixed itself, when I restarted the server. Thank you Robtronic.
