Hey guys, Now, don't take me to be an idiot. I've done my research, I have googled it MANY times. I have played around in steam ALOT. So, here's my problem: First off, I decided to continue my mapping career downloads source SDK ah, this is cool! Messing around in hammer abit ARGHH My net takes 5 minutes to load a 1minute video clip :'( (Damn foxtel was messing around with my phone line) ANYWAY, puts away hammer until internet is feeling better. Which brings me to this point. launches source SDK The launch window just disappeared, nothing else happened! :O!!! Trys again :O An error message! >.> "This game cannot be run twice"(Or whatnot). Ends Process Trys again Darn... No work. To google! :D I've searched around for the past month or so, I found that you have to go into Properties>Launch Options and type "-enginge ep1". This does not work for me. I've verified the tool cache's. Nothing, I got the recent update. Nothing. ANY replies would be appreciated. Even if you have no idea what I'm talking about, atleast I will know you're reading my thread. Thanks in advance, -flaMe~ P.S. Posted this new thread in hope that somebody else would see it.

I have no idea. Try installing all SDKs you can :P Source SDK base and Source SDK orangebox

I have EVERY valve-made thing on my steam installed, verified and defragged.

Have you tryed restarting your computer. I've had a problem like this but i just deleted steam off my computer the reinstalled everything... That was a good week.
