Crazy Convo's through speakers?

So yesterday im talking to my friend down the street over Steam, and then he starts telling me that he is hearing people's phone calls on his computer speakers. My first thought is no way, i need proof. I called him up, and i listened through the phone. I assumed it was TV, but he claimed it was not. So i went over to his house. Right there, coming from his speakers was a man saying the following: "What? hey babe. You sound Irish. Im gonna be your Stalker. Because, you are a hot Irish girl. Oh come one whatever." it went on longer, talking about getting food, talking about girls being sluts, etc. etc. I thought my friend had a program, a website, or an antenna to get this, but he didnt appear to have any. We had assumed it was a phone until i heard "What the hell, did i just get kicked? wth, who kicked me?" which made it sound like he is a gamer. Ever happened to you? what is going on?

Ive picked up radio signals from an airplane on a walkie talkie edit- no i wasnt in the plane. i was at home upstairs in my room.

One time me and my brother were on a walky talky and there was this little kid on his somewhere and we were messing with him just for fun and then we heard him yelling for his mom so we turned it off.
