Ok so when i download the girl background into my computer i dont know what to do what location i should put it in so could u help me out? but what if it is an jpg image

If it is .vtf file, and named as background01.vtf, you just have to move it here counter-strike source - Cstrike - materials - console -> If i remember right

I cannot find the console i go to counter strike source than cstrike than materials and than i cant see anny console but i see file called temp and when i go into that i see couple of vtf files waht should i doo?

Create a new folder called 'console' and put it in 'materials' duh...

Yees.. You have to create new foldier and rename it to console
