AI CPU bots and Hostages Trouble with hostages and a question about Bots

I have already searched the forums, and couldn't find an answer to any of my Questions. I have 3 questions: 1) Is it possible to make the AI bots go in any direction, and in not all the same way? Its annoying how they all go the same way. 2) How do you set the match so that you can have, say, 20 players on one team and 5 on the other? (i wanna do some sniping for once against stupid bots... lol) 3) When i made a Hostage map, I included all the info_nodes i was told to place, and then they still didnt move. In other maps they move, but for some reason in my current map they don't. If you can help, with any Q's please put the 1), 2) or 3) infront of the answer.

2) I assume you know how to use console. Mp_limitteams "0" is the command to help you at the 2nd question, then just add bots with bot_add_ct or bot_add_t as you like, also set the mp_autoteambalance to "0" to prevent team balancing.
