After a long period of inactivity with this project, I finally began again painting and texturing the map. I still have a long way to go, but WiP will provide you with an idea of where I've gotten so far, so you have a better idea of where the map is eventually going to end up.
Also note that I changed the name of the project from de_bridge_JW to de_TheBridge, because I didn't like having the _JW at the end, and with no suitable synonym for "bridge," to show the link to the original CS2D map, de_bridge, while still keeping it unique. |

| Based on a sketch I did a long time ago, I am finally getting back into CS2D mapping with my remake of the map de_bridge. The map is being developed entirely as a single large image, to be inputted as an entity "env_image" to fill the entire map. This way, I can have an extremely highly detailed, easily editted layout and design for my map without having to worry about making a complex tileset. |
