I'd say drop the mag straight down or rto the left instead of right, makes it look more like a new mag. also, might make the mag rotate while clipin? so it looks more like hes pulling it upside down out of a pocket?

At the very end of the reload, the fingers not holding the gun shouldn't wrap back into place after everything else has finished.

The angles that the right hand moves away and the gun then tilts and drops the magazine are closely the same. It gives it the "I'm dropping my mag into my hand then putting it back into to the gun to reload" effect.

It looks a bit too easy when he puts in the magazine, it should encounter a tad more resistance imo.
