hey everyone and now to the nitty gritty:
I know im a newbie when it comes to being in a studio, but i know enough that people within our ranks are nothing but slacking off. I am not gonna point fingers nor name names, but we have become somewhat stagnant in producing as a TEAM.
I know we lack in a few spots and most of you people are compilers or art fags (j/k). no, seriously, we need to regroup and set our priorities straight or we are gonna fall out of the sky like a 747 w/o any engines.
To be honest, i know that a ton of you are more capable then i'd been led to beleive and i trust that those who are willing and able, to come forward to either me or Elfa in what ideas we can ALL work on as a studio.
Just to let you all know, Elfa did not ask me to make this post. I looked around and saw that there are studio's that are alot more active than we are. so i ask: do you really want to keep on being part of a team? do you want us to keep on being the top bananas or what?
This is not a joke at all. I expect some honest replies and some answers or i will kiss my own ass goodbye from here. i joined to be a part of a team and in the short time i've been here, there has been very little activity. so it's basically up to the rest of you all people. i can easily join ANY other studio if i wish, but i like being among you all, so let's work together to CRUSH all those other studios. peace and be nice to one another.
