Brief story/background: Once upon a time there lived a drug smuggling militia that took over a city in South America. These drug lords were very nasty fellows and came from an even bigger world wide drug smuggling organization(explains why two Russians, an African/Jamaican, and a Mexican are hanging out and being friendly). They were very rich and had bought the latest in cutting edge weaponry from the black market. Hearing the news of an annex, the United States sent out a Special Forces squad to terminate the problem.
