I don't want to update the WIP until Cap's a litle further along than he is at the moment (still basically drawing lines on him, trying to line up seams); but here's the first sneak peak at my new big project:

Basically, on Skull, I have the main mask texture done (though I may make he teeth larger), the gloves done, and some preliminary Bump & Phong tests added.
The clothing materials need to be redone from scratch, the eyes changed, and everything gussied up; but that's the basics of the Red Skull for you!
Even half finished as he is, it's still fucking awesome seeing him running through the battlefield, pistoling folks.

I know nipper knows it for a fact. like he put in counter terrorist and terrorist standing side by side and just idle there and not harming anyone or each other like living status and that's what I want done. And that's what he has done in the past on his map. Its was some art map pack and one of the maps has a white triangle and the colors of the rainbows going through it. abstract map thing going on.

Ok, so apparently the two separate modelers i've been waiting on to finish their Master Chief & Space Marines have been sucked into a black hole and wiped from existence. Fucking modelers, I tell you...
So, I finally bought DOD:S ($10 on steam!) and am going to do the one skin I've always wanted to do: a Captain America for a WWII shooter!
I'll put up a WIP when I'm further along, but it's going to replace the Allied bazooka dude with Cap, and the rest of the Allies with Nick Fury & his Howling Commandos (WWII-era comic); while the Axis bazooka dude will be the Red Skull (got his mask finished. It looks awesome ingame), and the rest will be various nazi zombies with brain-chips on their heads, so RS can control them. I'm thinking of replacing the nazi hit/deathsounds with L4D's zombie ones to complete it.
Sound neat? Any ideas?

Also, (and I just have to mention this) I may have blown the biggest opportunity of my life yesterday. I was on break, having a smoke, and ended up talking to these two black dudes up from New Orleans, for like 20 minutes. They were going up to Uconn to spend a few days shooting some internet porn with the dumb Usluts, and asked me to star in some shit. Long story short, they said they'd let me think about it and come back to my work tomorrow, but they never showed.
