A Metroid mod for Half Life 2 seems possible. I think a few people have tried but they never finished or they may still be working on it. When you look at Metroid Prime and look at Half Life 2 setup, it is possible to make a Metroid game using the Source engine. It will take a lot of work. My steam is: Outlawsx822

Now I dont now about modding but a Metroid style campaign in half-life may be easy. (at lest once you figure out how to make doors that can be trigger only by some weapons)

Sounds hard to pull off.

This mod will probably sadly fail because usually if the founder doesn't know how to code 99% of the time these mods fail.
