we do our best, but are willing to teach all what we know and are willing to learn all we can as a team.

You have to be active as its in my eyes to make the studio the best it can be which means give all that you have.
what you can offer the studio in terms of productive, quality your personality will also count rudeness is not in my dictionary here, rewards will be given via the points system to Good Releases.
Quality is Everything here better to make it good once, than to go back to it again.
