Simply unzip into your Team Fortress 2 dir, recursing directory structure. Files
should end up in: %steam_user_dir%\Team Fortress 2\tf2\materials\Decals.

More splatter is all that matters! =] Based around the work\idea
of Scully7491\dDefinder, however none of their "art" went into
this. I've been a firm believer in tons'o'gore since... Well,
since years gone by.. They just beat me to the punch. Anyways, also
includes bumpmaps for your bleeding enjoyment. So make it
bleed, and keep it lit <\\\\\%*~~^~ ~^~
