You really need to fix the green alpha channels. Even with it gone the blood will appear square. Fix by putting less blood on the outer edge of it and blending in the center with the edges.

Yea you have the same problem as I had. Try altering the grey of the decals (the transparent area) with degrading two grades from the green colour and one grade for the red and blue.
