The Second One :). I just added a ring yes, i know, im not claiming to have done much from the original... But anyway: It is a scope but in the style of a lazer sight. It looks amazing at night :) I'm basing them on this Pic (Look at the bottom right):

I dont know if this was the effect you were going for but in game it looks like someone just drew on the scope with red texta
