He got this from a shirt site, I'm sure they don't want to get into trouble with Mentos because noisebot.com makes all the money from selling their shirt and the Mentos company gets none, even though their product was used. That's why it was changed to Mintos. Notice also that the Coca Cola bottle does not have the label for the company anywhere on it.

The cut out is really choppy, especially near the bottom on the bottle, I can also see white above the mentos and the bottom the package
